We provide hosting, domain registration, and related services on an "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Payments & Renewals
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as selected. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that threatens our infrastructure or other customers.

HostTSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data or revenue.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
