The things customers ask before they trust their data with us.

Where is my data physically stored?

Your data lives in our London datacenter, in the United Kingdom. We do not replicate or back up to data centers outside the UK, which matters for GDPR and UK-only regulatory workloads.

Do you have datacenters in other countries?

Our origin is UK-only. For visitors outside Europe, our CDN serves cached static assets (images, CSS, JS) from 14 edge locations worldwide so loads stay fast globally. Dynamic requests still hit London.

How reliable is the network?

Tier-3 means N+1 redundant power and cooling — components can fail without affecting service. We peer directly with LINX and LONAP for low-latency UK transit, plus multiple Tier-1 providers for global reach.

What about DDoS attacks?

Mitigation is automatic and always-on at the network edge — up to 40 Gbps of attack traffic can be absorbed without service degradation. Larger attacks are scrubbed by upstream partners.

Are you GDPR-compliant?

Yes. All data is stored and processed within the UK, processed under a clear data processing agreement, and we maintain ISO 27001 certification covering personal-data handling.

Can I choose a different region for my site?

Currently no — origin is UK-only by design. If you need multi-region origin (active-active across continents), our Cloud tier with custom routing can be arranged on request.
