No. We copy your site to our servers first, test it on a staging URL, then you switch nameservers when ready. The old site keeps running until DNS propagates.

How long does it take?

Most sites (under 10 GB) move in 2-4 hours. Larger or more complex setups may take up to 24 hours. We email you the moment staging is ready.

Is my data safe? What about my passwords?

Yes. You submit credentials through an encrypted form — we never see your password in plain text. After migration the credentials are wiped from our system.

What if my migration fails?

99.8% succeed first time. If yours doesn't, we keep retrying at no cost. If we can't complete it, you get a full refund on your plan — no questions.

Do you migrate emails and mailboxes?
