1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new shared hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund of the hosting fee.
2. What Is Not Refundable
- Domain registration and renewal fees (per ICANN policy)
- SSL certificates once issued
- VPS, dedicated servers, and add-on services beyond 7 days
- Administrative fees, setup fees, and transfer costs
3. After the 30 Days
Refund requests outside the guarantee window will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as account credit rather than cash.
4. How to Request a Refund
Open a ticket from your client area or email our billing team. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
